The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout match which will be streamed in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the combatants came face-to-face to publicize next month's boxing match.
Ex two-time unified heavyweight champion Joshua faces YouTuber-turned-boxer Paul - in what is, on paper, a massive mismatch - at Miami arena on 19 December.
Fighter's Attitude
"I'm going to damage his features and damage his physique. I aim to demonstrate my superiority," Joshua, 35, stated.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I will genuinely try to cause him pain. That's my intention."
Respectful Interaction
In spite of these statements, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - typically famous for his showmanship - exchanged pleasantries and remained civil with each other.
Jake Paul instead attacked former Joshua opponent Francis Ngannou and described him as "ridiculous" after the Cameroonian declined a match opportunity.
Taking Aim at Fury
Anthony Joshua, meanwhile, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and declined a million-pound wager 'Tyson Fury' says he will place on a Paul win.
"Jake Paul is better than Fury - he's present here," Joshua stated.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Fighter
In spite of declaring he will hurt Jake Paul, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his opponent's boxing ability.
"Jake Paul is a credible opponent," he remarked.
Jake Paul's History
Jake Paul - who originally gained popularity on the television network - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since becoming pro.
He was defeated by British fighter Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice continues to be one of boxing's largest money-making draws, frequently receiving huge earnings.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28 year old predicted a knockout win in the fourth or fifth round and asserted he would prevent the much-anticipated match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly in the works for two years from now.
"It will be me versus Tyson Fury next year," Jake Paul said.
Size Difference
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual confrontation, with their size difference on show, it drove home just how unlikely this entire matchup is - and how amazing it is that the fight is truly proceeding.
